Her professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-up were top-tier. Trailhead Apartments is a beautiful, well-maintained property, and having someone like Justyce on the team makes it that much better. Highly recommend!

I personally know two people that live here. And two separate units and two separate buildings. Everything is super new and very clean. Seems to have a gym as well as a pool and a Jacuzzi. They have coffee in the main lobby every day(k-cups). This apartment complex is extremely dog friendly. It has a nice trail towards the back of it. That is great to walk bicycle or even walk your dogs. They have communal grills and children’s Park. Honestly, for the price and location it seems like a nice place to live. The units are nice and basic but updated.

This apartment complex is fantastic, and a big part of what makes it so great is the property manager, Justyce Lucero. She is incredibly professional, always responsive to tenants' needs, and greets everyone with a warm smile. The complex itself is clean, bug-free, and safe, with well-maintained amenities. The addition of water fountains was an especially nice touch! Justyce always took the time to answer my questions, making the experience even better. If I had the chance to live here again, I absolutely would!

First off, Garrett isn’t just a staff member; he’s a mythical creature disguised as a human. Need a maintenance request? BOOM—fixed before you even hit “submit.” Packages? Delivered to your door with the precision of a ninja and the grace of a Broadway dancer. The amenities here are what dreams are made of. There’s a pool so pristine, dolphins would move in if zoning laws allowed. The ping pong table might as well be a tennis court because it’s so big. Gym? Made for Dwayne The Rock Johnson. And the vibe? The vibe is immaculate. From the resident events that could rival Coachella to the landscaping so perfect it feels CGI, every detail screams luxury with a side of fun. So if you’re looking for an apartment with meh management, overpriced rents, and walls thin enough to hear your neighbor’s Netflix binge, go elsewhere. But if you want Garrett—a true hero among mere mortals—and a complex so amazing it feels illegal, sign the lease already. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

The trailhead apartments are nice, new and in a great location. Any request for assistance is met promptly by management. Any maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place or relocating I would strongly consider living in this community!

Trailhead is by far the nicest place I’ve ever lived and the entire complex is just beautiful. It’s a great area for families and management has been great helping me with some minor issues I’ve had. I use the bike trails in the back multiple times a week and everyone has been friendly, especially when I got locked out of my apartment on accident. Overall, it’s a great bang for your buck.

My husband and I love living here! It’s in a beautiful location with a nice pool/hot tub, playground, and bike trails that parallel the virgin river. We had an issue with our internet and the management went above and beyond to get it resolved ASAP. The apartment itself is pretty much brand new with nice appliances. Overall we have had an amazing experience at the trailhead and won’t be leaving anytime soon!

Moved in relatively soon after the building was fully constructed. Property manager is friendly and quick to respond. Everyone I’ve met living in the building has been friendly. Building is kept clean and feels like a good environment. So far great experience and no problems yet

I love living here! I love that the building is secure and that you must have a key fob to enter the building after hours and to enter your apartment. Jon, the manager, is the best ever. He takes care of things immediately and is always quick to greet you with a smile and he remembers your name! The apartments are modern and pretty good size. My view is amazing! There is a nice little gym and a swimming pool and pets are welcome here. I also appreciate that the grounds are clean and well-maintained and the environment is quiet and has a nice vibe!

New, quiet, convenient location with amazing views. Managerial staff is helpful, responsive and friendly. I love my large pantry and appliances. No carpet was a huge bonus for me. So much easier to keep clean. I expected it to be much more expensive than others, but it isn’t. Easy choice!
